“I recently moved from Rockhampton to Brisbane and after doing a fair bit of research on removalists, engaged the services of Gold Crest Removals. From the initial conversation with Mark, I was impressed with his prompt and friendly phone call and very reasonable quote. Unfortunately, due to work commitments I was not very flexible with my pick-up dates, however Mark was very accommodating in this regard and went out of his way to arrange a truck run to suit my time frame. Prior to the pick-up, I was kept up to date with both phone calls and emails and always found any exchange with Mark or Tammy to be friendly and courteous. Mark and Brent were punctual on the day of pick up and all my furniture was wrapped in plastic and handled with care, to arrive in Brisbane the following day without a scratch. Being a Government employee, I have moved many times over the years and I found this experience to be one  of the most pleasant and hassle-free!
